Ava is 4 months old today! Daddy took her to her 4 month check up yesterday and all went well except for her gagging on her oral vaccine and throwing up all of the nurse and Allen! If she is full and is at the least bit gagged she will throw up all over you in a heartbeat! But other than that Allen said it was pretty uneventful. She weighs 13.8 lbs and is 24 inches long and her head circumference is 161/4. All of which is in the 50 percentile for babies her age. Looks like she has caught up! We are very excited that we can start trying rice cereal here shortly. Hopefully maybe this will be the straw that's gets her to sleep through the night. She is still waking up at 3:00 - 4:00 every morning to eat. But I really must say that is if at all my only complaint....she really is such a sweet baby that smiles ALL the TIME! She is starting to grab things and can stand up (with help of course) and hold her head up so well and is very strong.
